HB-392 New Hampshire House

The bill had a public hearing in February 2025 and was retained in committee. It was then passed by the house in January 2026. There is nothing specific to peer support but passage of the bill, which eliminates DEI efforts, might not only result in discrimination but might cause non compliance with Civil Rights mandates and jeopardize federal funding of NH Department of Health and Human services.
