Relative to the mental health courts. This bill revises the processes and requirements for the establishment of mental health courts, and requires the development of a grant program to fund new mental health courts.

2026-2029 SB-450 New Hampshire Senate
Relative to a state parks pass pilot program for recovery centers and community mental health centers. The bill establishes a 3-year pilot program that provides state parks passes to community mental health centers registered with the Department of Health and Human Services.
